I finally have found the moment to write and personally thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did for our family recently.

After interviewing several local well-known pool companies I am so grateful that we chose your company for our family pool. I usually don't write letters of commendation but I felt that the work your company performed deserves the highest marks a customer can give.

I admire your honesty and integrity. Whenever you said something would happen it did, or you called to explain if it wouldn't. You provided us with the highest quality of workmanship and we were so impressed with the additional work performed because of the nature of our neighborhood land makeup.

The day I walked into our home and saw the completion and operation of the waterfalls brought tears to my eyes. I have never been so satisfied with a contractor's job well done.

I know this letter sounds a little strong, but this is how we feel and would allow anyone to come and see for him or herself your workmanship.
